Moorea, a photographer’s playground
A 30-minute ferry from Tahiti, Moorea is one of my favorite session spots. Jagged volcanic peaks, turquoise lagoons, cascading pineapple fields and ever-changing light make it an inexhaustible backdrop.
I know the island by heart: which spot has the best light at 7am, which empties out around 5pm, where to find empty beach corners far from tourist trails.
Iconic spots for your photos in Moorea
Cook Bay at sunrise offers a spectacular panorama with Mount Rotui in the background. The wilder Opunohu Bay is ideal for intimate couple sessions. The Belvédère gives access to a breathtaking viewpoint over both bays.
For beaches, Temae and Tipaniers offer white sand and clear lagoon, perfect for water sessions or beach weddings. For a more luxurious wedding, the gardens of the Hilton Moorea, Sofitel Kia Ora and Manava Beach Resort are stunning.

Moorea is one of the most sought-after honeymoon destinations in the world. I offer sessions specifically designed for newlyweds: morning on the beach, lagoon boat ride, sunset at the Belvédère.
A honeymoon session lasts between 1.5 and 3 hours, with outfit changes and multiple locations possible.
Organizing your session in Moorea
I travel from Tahiti by ferry (Aremiti, Terevau) or plane (Air Tahiti). Travel fees are included in the Lagoon and Motu packages. For the Vāhine package, a €50 supplement applies.
I recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance, especially in high season (June–September, December–January).
